Reaction Shiba Inu’s head of marketing, Lucy, predicts an upcoming Altcoins season, which will include more activity and higher prices for alternative cryptocurrencies like SHIB.
In response to the latest ad for BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust ETF (ETHA), the marketing lead made this claim.

In the video, Jay Jacobs, Head of Thematic and Active ETFs at BlackRock U.S., emphasized Ethereum’s unique features. According to Jacobs, Ethereum’s attractiveness stems from its functionality.
He likened Ethereum to a global platform for decentralized applications, citing the growing demand for ETH. As intrigued in Ethereum developed, BlackRock created the iShares Ethereum Trust ETF, which gives exposure introduction to the second-largest cryptocurrency.
BlackRock was one of eight issuers approved by the SEC to launch an Ethereum spot-based exchange-traded fund.
The company’s ETH ETF went live yesterday at 9:00 a.m. (EST). The ETF generated $22.5 million in turnover in the first 15 minutes of trading following the release of the promotional video.
Altcoins season is coming
Reacting to BlackRock’s ETHA promotional video, Lucy explained that despite the increased interest in cryptocurrencies, some people continue to spread FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt), causing investors to worry.
He recommended BlackRock release an Ethereum ETF video for potential investors during this crisis. The marketing head consequently advised cryptocurrency investors to dream big and said that Altcoins season is coming.
Shiba Inu’s performance in the last Altcoins season
In the current cycle, most cryptocurrency investors are waiting for the Altcoins season. This could increase the value of digital assets other than Bitcoin, such as Shiba Inu’s.
During the 2020/2021 cryptocurrency season, the price of Shiba Inu increased dramatically. It increased by millions of percent and come to an all-time tall of $0.00008845 on October 28, 2021.
